Compensatory Time

Exempt non-faculty employees will be eligible for Compensatory Time Off for hours worked outside their normal work schedule only under certain conditions.

Exempt, non-faculty employees who are required by their supervisors to work outside their normal work schedule will be given equal time off with pay within 60 days of the date the time was worked. Time not used within 60 days will be lost. Payment will not be made for any unused compensatory time at termination.

Note of Clarification: The time worked outside the normal work schedule must be required, and not merely requested by the supervisor. The time also, may not be time that the employee volunteers to work.
